Today when placing the ECG leads on a patient the anaesthetist apologised for getting in my way, and I said "Don't worry it's all good."
Then I paused, wow, was I glad nobody from home heard me say that. What a loser!
Who says, "it's all good?" apart from Americans.
What is all good exactly I thought? Certainly not being up at work earlier than 8 am.
Other words I have been using, laugh at will...
"That's hot"
"Sup?"
"Have a good day"
"Wicked cool" That is particular to Boston area.
"Have a good one" Again I am not sure, a good what??
Fortunately I haven't stooped to saying, "My bad" which means "I am sorry". All this stupid American talk makes me sounds like a real monkey.
I have to get home!
